STEP I, duration 6-7 Days (Hypo-allergenic,
anti-inflammatory diet and supplements)
The first phase of the Three Step Detox Protocols is the
Anti-Inflammatory Diet with supplements that will aid in digestion and
clear the detoxification pathways that will be used in the next phase.
Acute Inflammation Supplements:
- Intenzyme Forte - (pancreatin, bromelain, papain, trypsin and
alpha chymotrypsin): The key is to always start with a loading
dose. Begin by taking 10 tablets followed by 5 tablets every 3-4
hours, (ideal time to take is at least 30-45 minutes prior to
meals).
- Bio-Allay - (devils claw, willow bark and boswellia): 2-3 capsules 3 times per day.
Chronic Inflammation Supplements:
- Beta-TCP - (organic beet concentrate, taurine, vitamin C, &
pancelipase)
- Bromelain Plus CLA - (Bromelain, papain, ficin,
cellulase, amylase, & lipase)
The Anti-Inflammatory Diet
Following the diet is extremely important to the success of this program. The diet consists mostly of lean protein (fish, chicken breast, turkey breast, very lean beef), along with fruits and vegetables. Do not worry too much about the amount of food. Your protein serving should be about the size of your palm, and you may have an unlimited amount of vegetables. Add fruit as a dessert or
snack. You may eat any of these foods in any combination. Foods
should be rotated (especially proteins), as it is better not to eat the same foods for subsequent days in a row.
The sample diet uses the following precepts:
| Breakfast |
Alternate eggs with lean protein leftovers. Add as much fruit as you like. |
| Lunch |
Leftover protein from the night before, along with a salad dressed with good oils (olive oil). Add as many vegetables and fruit as you like. |
| Dinner |
Alternate chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, very lean beef. Add two types of vegetables and some fruit for dessert. |
| Note |
Any recipes you use for this diet must contain no wheat, dairy of any kind, hydrogenated oil, peanuts, corn, alcohol, sugar, potato, etc. Just lean protein, fruits and vegetables. |
** If sugar is a problem, limit the amount of fruit to 1 or 2 servings per day.
Step 1 is immediately followed by Step 2
