STEP III, duration 30 Days or more
(Regeneration and Repair
Phase)
This is a critical phase of the protocols and
should immediately follow Step 2. The Anti-Inflammatory Diet is maintained throughout this step with the addition of fruits and
fruit juices (just like Step 1). Please note that it is recommended to keep
using the NutriClear shake from Step 2 as
a meal replacement, such as with breakfast, or as a snack.
This can actually be maintained indefinitely. The repair and regeneration
begins with providing the body with adequate amounts of vitamins and
minerals, Essential Fatty Acids, and repopulating the colon with
beneficial amounts of Lactobacillus.
If additional pain and inflammation need to be addressed in this
step, the ChondroSamine-S, Bio-D-Mulsion Forte, and KappArest need to be added.

Optimal EFA's -Alpha linolenic acid
(ALA), Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)
are omega-3 fatty acids used by the body. Specifically, omega-3s may
help to improve heart health, reduce hypertension, improve
rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Raynaud's disease and other autoimmune
diseases, improve depression and symptoms of other mental health
problems and aid in cancer prevention and cancer support.
Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is an essential fatty acid (EFA) in the
good omega-6 family that is found primarily in plant-based oils.
Specifically, omega-6 fatty acids with a high GLA content may help

discomforts of PMS, endometriosis, and fibrocystic breasts, reduce
the symptoms of eczema and psoriasis, clear up acne and rosacea, and
prevent and improve diabetic neuropathy.
Oleic acid is an omega-9 fatty acid found in olive oil. Studies
have indicated that oleic acid blocks the action of a cancer-causing
oncogene called HER-2/neu which is found in about 30 percent of
breast cancer patients and improves the effectiveness
of certain breast cancer drugs.
Therapeutic actions of all of these essential fatty acids (EFA's)
are preventing oxidative stresses, they possess free radical
scavenging properties, promotes cardiovascular health by assisting
in the regulation of blood lipids, inhibiting platelet aggregation,
and supporting a healthy heart rhythm. They also reduce
inflammation, regulate the immune system and enhance memory and
mood.
Lactozyme - Each tablet
supplies fifty (50) million each of Lactobacillus acidophilus
(DDS-1) and Bifidobacterium bifidus in a dairy-free form.
ChondroSamine-S - the most
comprehensive formulation of its kind, supplying a wide array of
important nutrient synergists to Glucosamine and Purified
Chondroitin Sulfate. Included are MSM, Vitamin C, Manganese,
Niacinamide, Folic Acid, B12, Superoxide Dismutase, Catalase and
