detoxification in Step 2. It provides the building blocks that
the body requires when it repairs cartilage, joints, and tissue.
Typically, this phase lasts for 30 days, but can
be longer depending on the severity of the conditions.
The Step 3 supplements are essential to
maintaining optimal wellness.
