An Overview of the 3 Step Detox Protocols

Step 1
Reduce Inflammation

Step 1 addresses 3 of the most common underlying causes of chronic health challenges.
  • Structural Problems
  • Hidden Food Allergies
  • Chronic Inflammation

Common food allergens are removed from the diet and anti-inflammatory nutritional supplements are used to inhibit the inflammatory response mechanisms.

This step lasts 6 or 7 days and is immediately followed by step 2.

Step 2
Cleanse & Detoxify

Step 2 of the 3-step Detoxification Protocols consists of a thorough detoxification program designed to eliminate toxins and harmful bacteria from the body.
  • Toxic Overload
  • Harmful Bacteria
  • Heavy Metal Toxicity
  • Leaky Gut

This phase lasts either 10 or 20 days depending on the toxicity level and is followed immediately by Step 3.  In this phase of the Detox Protocols, it is important to follow the principles of the diet as closely as possible.

Step 3
Rebuild & Repair

This step addresses 2 of the most common underlying causes of today's chronic health challenges.

  • Cellular Malnourishment
  • Joint Damage

This is the final step of the 3 Step Detox Protocol and it focuses on rebuilding and repairing after the detoxification in Step 2.  It provides the building blocks that the body requires when it repairs cartilage, joints, and tissue.

Typically, this phase lasts for 30 days, but can be longer depending on the severity of the conditions.

The Step 3 supplements are essential  to maintaining optimal wellness.

The food part of the diet remains pretty much the same throughout the entire 3 steps.
Step 2 requires the additional elimination of fruits.
